Our service and server change has been now completed and is online.
NINA-IT International regrets the delay of the switch due to unforeseen events it has caused.We like to point out that this was the first time in 6 Years where we had a general service interruption of this magnitude. Many clients asked us to wait it out or to inform us to come back to us. We appreciate this kind of loyalty to our company. Clients who have a one year contract will receive there 12 Months of service, the billing system will be updated accordingly. All clients who did not wanted to wait should have filled the on-line form in the Care - Center "service cancellation" Clients which have cancelled and want to come back are welcome to do so, but must fill a new order - form. Clients who did not cancel their service are welcome back to us and should read the up-dates bellow. Service agreement: Month to Month Cancellation: 5 days before due date of the next billing + 30 Days Service agreement: Yearly Cancellation: 31 days before due date. Our Terms and condition will be updated accordingly. Home Phone Service will be discontinued.
There will be no Home Phone Services available, we will have for a better pricing VOIP (Voice Over IP) available. This will have the advantage of better a pricing for our clients. New FAX2emailCheck out the new FAX to email service, it will be available within the next view days on our web-site. Dial-Up plans
New Dial-up service will be available which will include accelerated plans.
